Three Kissimmee residents were killed this weekend after their vehicle drifted into oncoming traffic and crashed head-on with another vehicle.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the fatal accident occurred at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, March 4, near the intersection of U.S. 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway and Four Winds Boulevard.
A 32-year-old man from Bartow was driving a sedan westbound on U.S. 192, approaching Four Winds Boulevard. A sedan being driven by a 71-year-old man was traveling eastbound when it crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with the Bartow man’s vehicle.
The Kissimmee man and his passengers, a 65-year-old woman and a 78-year-old woman, were all killed as a result of the head-on collision.
