Debbie Thee

Debra Ra Thee, 60, of St. Cloud, FL passed away March 1, 2023 at her home. She was surrounded by family members whom she loved.
Debbie was born March 18, 1962 in McCook, NE to Stan and Jeannine Reynolds. She attended school in McCook, NE. In 1978 during the summer before her junior year, she met Gregg Thee, who later became her husband, when he came to town as a student worker for the Youth Conservation Corp. They met in Sunday School at the First Assembly of God church and were married on June 13, 1981. They traveled with Praise Unlimited, with Debbie’s sister and husband, and Debbie’s brother for a while, singing and ministering across the Midwest.

In 1982 Debbie and Gregg moved to Springfield, MO where Gregg was enrolled at Central Bible College. Debbie worked as the secretary to the Library Director. While there, in 1985, their first son, Stephen, was born. Debbie ministered alongside her husband who worked as music director in a school and church in Michigan where their second son, Shane was born in 1987. They also served in youth and music ministry in Maryville, MO, Rock Springs, WY, and Falls City, NE. She was deeply involved in musical productions, worship, camps, youth ministry and mission trips.

Debbie homeschooled their children for several years. She served well as a senior pastor’s wife in Chappell, NE, Moorhead, MN and church planting in St. Cloud, FL, ministering in singing, worship team, Sunday School, youth group, and women’s ministry, to name a few. When she moved to MN she started and operated a court research business for 22 years.
Debbie was a devoted and loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She loved to walk, take bike rides, drive, go for coffee, and read a book on the back of the boat while Gregg was fishing. As a family they would often find interesting places to hike. She liked spending time with people and cherished the friendships she made and the fellowship shared. Most of all she pursued worshipping God.

She is survived by her husband, Gregg, St. Cloud, FL, children, Stephen (Andrea) Thee, Agawam, MA, Shane (Tabitha) Orlando, FL and 6 grand-children, Lailah, Elias, Titus, Ansley, Ezra and Ezekiel, father, Stan Reynolds, brother, Lyn (Marci), sister, Carli (Leonard), and brother, Paul (Kristine), and many nieces and nephews.
