Duke, Virginia, Tennessee playing in Orlando for first two rounds NCAA tournament

Eight teams will make their way to Orlando to compete in the first two rounds of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament this week.

The 68-team field was announced on Sunday evening, including four games that will take place in Orlando on Thursday, March 16. Orlando will play host to two games from the South region, as well as two games from the East region.

On Thursday, 13-seed Furman will take on 4-seed Virginia, who finished second to Duke in this year’s ACC Championship Tournament held in Greensboro, North Carolina. Additionally, 5-seed San Diego State will take on 12-seed College of Charleston.

Duke, which claimed the ACC Championship this weekend in coach Jon Scheyer’s first season, will take on 12-seed Oral Roberts, who finished the season with just four losses. Additionally, 4-seed Tennessee will take on 13-seed Louisiana.
