A person was killed after a fire tore through a 200 square foot duplex in south Orlando.
Orange County Fire Rescue units responded to the 1400 block of Wakulla Way on Wednesday, March 15 after receiving calls regarding a duplex fire.
Upon arrival, authorities say the duplex was fully consumed by fire. Firefighters worked to control the flames and are currently investigating the cause of the fire.
One person was killed in the fire. Officials have not released any further information regarding the individual’s identity or age.
