Michael Wick Jr. of Poinciana, Florida passed away on March 14, 2023. Mike was born in 1937 in West Brownsville, Pennsylvania to parents Mike and Katherine Wick.
He was a graduate of North Chicago High School and served his country proudly in the United States Army. He worked as a barber at Great Lakes Naval Base for 38 years.
Mike was active in his community, coaching baseball in Waukegan, Illinois and was a lifelong member of the American Legion, serving as commander of Homer Dahringer Post 281. He retired to Florida in 2005 and was an active member of the Solivita Community in Poinciana. He is preceded in death by his son Craig and survived by sons Cary Wick (Diane) and Christopher Wick; grandsons Matthew Wick (Katy) and Michael Wick (Kelsie, Fiancee), as well as his partner, Pamela Rosengren.
