David Earl McNeely Junior, beloved husband and father passed away on February 25th 2023 at the age of 79. Originally from Chatham, New Jersey, David spent his life enjoying and exploring the world with his wife, Graciela and their three children before settling down in Florida.
He was a man of service both in his younger years while with the Peace Corps and throughout his career, making it a mission to provide affordable healthcare for all. He enjoyed kayaking, exploring the Everglades and was an avid photographer and lover of nature and the environment.
He lived his life authentically and will be remembered for his passion for the Everglades and his love of debate, especially over topics he felt strongly about.
He is survived by his wife, Graciela, his three children, Jon McNeely, Wanda Wick and Sharon Smoley as well as his 6 grandchildren.
