Aspiring models, actors, singers, dancers encouraged to attend Model Expo at Dr. Phillips Center

Aspiring models, actors, singers, dancers and other talented individuals are encouraged to attend a free modeling expo coming to the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts this week.

The Discovery Spotlight National Model and Talent Expo will take place on Friday, March 24 and March 25 at the center, which is located at 445 S. Magnolia Avenue. The all-day event is free and open to the public.

Since 2006, the organization has provided aspiring models, actors, singers, and dancers exposure to agents, recruiters, and casting directors in the entertainment industry.

The networking event is open to contestant’s between the ages of 2 and 80. Multiple industry workshops, training guides, and showcases will be held. The organization will also host a competition that offers awards and prizes in each division.
