A luxury hotel near Walt Disney World will undergo a “multi-phase reimagination” that it hopes to debut in December.
Waldorf Astoria, located at 14200 Bonnet Creek Resort Lane, will undergo a comprehensive, property-wide redesign on its rooms, suites, lobby space, its restaurant, Bull & Bar, its spa, and its 18-hole golf course.
According to the organization, the transformation of the guest rooms and suites is being handled by Parker Torres Design, an award-winning interior design firm.
“We are delighted to announce our plans for the complete makeover of Waldorf Astoria Orlando. As a Waldorf Astoria hotel, our guests expect the best in luxury accommodations and world-class amenities, and we are committed to providing them with an exceptional experience that surpasses their expectations as soon as they walk through our doors,” said Ryan Fitzgerald, general manager of the property.
Last year, the facility unveiled a new Central Park Ballroom that offers an 8,000 square-foot space. This year’s project marks the biggest enhancement to the property since it opened in 2009. The transformation will be completed in phases to minimize disruptions to the guest experience.
