Crews are currently working to shore up a water main break that has flooded a portion of U.S. Highway 17-92.
On Wednesday morning, Orange City government officials reported a water main break at the intersection of E French Avenue and U.S. Hwy 17-92. As of 1 p.m., French Avenue was closed to through traffic from U.S. Hwy 17-92 to Sumner Avenue.
Crews were at the site actively working to isolate the break. City officials say that water customers near the area may experience water quality issues, loss of pressure, or loss of water.
