Upon arrival, officers located 32-year-old Bacari Lavon Frost laying down in the parking lot of the gas station. Frost was suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Frost was transported to a local hospital, where he later died as a result of his injuries. On Friday, May 5, Frost would have celebrated his 33rd birthday.
