Willie Ruth Carroll, 94 of Kissimmee, Florida went to be with her Lord and Savior in Hampton, Virginia on Monday, May 1, 2023. She was born in North Carolina the daughter of Lillian and Leon Hill. She moved to Kissimmee, Florida about 25 years ago from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Willie Ruth Carroll was a retired Nursing Assistant and a member of the St. John Baptist Church.
Ms. Carroll is survived by her daughter: Clementine Hill of Brooklyn, New York; three grandchildren, Malcolm, Timothy and Shawn; 7 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
A Service to celebrate the life of Ms. Willie Ruth Carroll will be held today Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. in the Roger C. Thompson Memorial Chapel at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home with Pastor Michelle Godfrey Watson of Refresh Ministries International, Inc, Jacksonville, Florida presiding. She will be laid to rest following the service in Rose Hill Cemetery, Kissimmee, Florida.
