Fred Richard Halcomb, 69, passed away on May 9, 2023, in St Cloud, Florida. Fred was born on October 20, 1953, in St Luke’s, Newburgh NY, to parents Dorthy and Ira Halcomb.
Fred was a kind and caring person who loved to make people laugh. He had a goofy sense of humor that endeared him to all who knew him. He will be deeply missed by his surviving family members, including his son Fred Halcomb, granddaughters Alexandria and Deijhia Halcomb, great-grandchildren Kaiden and Avery Figuera, his brother James Halcomb along with his nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his girlfriend, Florence Keller.
Fred had a passion for camping in the mountains and fishing. He loved nothing more than spending time in nature, surrounded by the beauty of the great outdoors. His love for nature was evident in the way he lived his life, always seeking new adventures and experiences.
Fred’s memory will live on in the hearts and minds of all who knew him. He will be remembered for his kindness, his humor, and his love for nature. A private family service will be held to honor his life.
