Millie Bobby Brown at Spooky Empire in Orlando this weekend

An actress known for her roles in Stranger Things and Enola Holmes will headline a popular horror convention that will return to the Orlando area this weekend.

Millie Bobby Brown will headline the return of Spooky Empire, which takes place from Friday, May 19, through Sunday, May 21 at the DoubleTree by Hilton at Universal Studios (5780 Major Boulevard). Festivities will take place from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.

The event features a large collection of vendors, film and tattoo artists, musicians, celebrity speakers, and a variety of activities for horror enthusiasts, including a costume contest. Over 50 tattoo artists will attend the event as well.

In addition to Brown, celebrity guests will include actors who have appeared in multiple hit franchises, including Evil Dead Rise, Insidious, The Ring, Hostel Part II, Scream, Terrifier, Godzilla, and many others.

Single day tickets for the event are $40 in advance or $45 at the door on Friday and Sunday, and $45 in advance or $55 at the door on Saturday. The cost to purchase Saturday and Sunday tickets together is $75 in advance and $80 at the door.
