Southbound lanes of State Road 417 near the Boggy Creek exit ramp are currently closed as emergency crews respond to a crash involving serious injuries.
As of 4 p.m. on Friday, May 19, Orlando Police Department East Patrol units were working a crash involving two vehicles on S.R. 417. The crash took place in the southbound lanes, at the Boggy Creek exit ramp.
Police say all southbound lanes of S.R. 417 and the Boggy Creek exit ramp are currently closed.
The roadways will remain closed until further notice, according to police.
Southbound traffic is currently being redirected off S.R. 417 onto the airport exit ramp at Jeff Fuqua Boulevard.
