Frederick J. Foulk, Jr.

Frederick J. Foulk, Jr. passed away on May 8, 2023 at the age of 76. He was born on November 11, 1946 in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of the late Frederick J. Foulk and Carmen S. Johnston

Fred was a retired Heating & A/C Contractor, a US Air Force Veteran serving in Vietnam/Guam, a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 4287, Fraternal Order of Eagles, Loyal Order of Moose and a Bahia Shriners Master Mason.

Fred is survived by his wife, Janice Adkins, sister, Lynn Kiepper Warren, Ohio, sons, Brian (Amanda) Foulk, Georgia, Paul (Suzy) and Brian Hayes. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Justin, Jordan, Shaelyn, Makenah and Abigail Foulk; Alex, Michael and Sydney Hayes. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra K. Foulk and sister, Robin J. Carson.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023 from 2 p.m to 4 p.m. at the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 4287, 3500 S. Goldenrod Rd., Orlando, FL 32822; where donations may be made in Mr. Foulk’s memory.
