Traffic detoured after 150 pallets spill onto I-4

Traffic along Interstate 4 was being detoured near John Young Parkway after a tractor trailer spilled a load of 150 wooden pallets into the roadway.

The Orlando Police Department issued motorists just before 7 a.m. that they were working on a crash that took place on on Tuesday morning.

Although details are limited, the crash involved a tractor trailer in the eastbound lanes of I-4 near John Young Parkway.

That vehicle was carrying over 150 wooden pallets when it was involved in an accident. A portion of those pallets spilled into the roadway as a result of the accident.

“It will be over an hour for cleanup,” reads a statement by OPD posted at 6:56 a.m.

Traffic in the area was being diverted to the Express Lanes and the John Young Park exit.
