William John Pandos, 89, of Oviedo, Florida peaceably passed away on May 6, 2023.
William was born in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania to John and Mary Pandos. After his military service he moved to South Florida in the 1960’s where he worked as a Glazier and raised his family. During the 1990 he moved to Oviedo and enjoyed traveling with his wife in their motorhome throughout the United States visiting National Parks.
William is survived by his loving wife Patricia Pandos of 65 years; children: Karen Cappello (Joseph), Cheryl Phillips (Thomas), William John Pandos (Donna), Margaret Hoffman (Phil); grandchildren; Jennifer, Danielle, Michael, Samantha, Tiffany, Joshua, Zachary, Philip, Pierce, and Kate; great grandchildren; Grant, Theodore, Addie and Anna; and many other family and friends.
Bill, as he was best known as, enjoyed family, friends and had several hobbies. He shared his love for the ocean and nature with his children. The many trips traveling to the Keys crossing the seven mile bridge with a boat in tow and four children in the car was a family favorite. These trips to fish and camp leave loving memories his family will cherish forever. In the later years of his life when traveling was too difficult he returned to his crafts. He lived his life with courage and fortitude, there was nothing he could not build or design, he was a notable craftsman throughout his life.
Funeral arrangement will be held on Friday June 9th at 11:30am, at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church in Oviedo. The mass services will be followed by interment at Queen of Angels Catholic Cemetery.
