Hankins Park community cleanup this week

The city of Orlando is asking volunteers to help cleanup a local park and offering food and beer in exchange.

Volunteers will gather on Thursday, June 8, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. to clean up the Hankins Park community area, which is located at 1340 Lake Park Court in Orlando.

Complimentary snacks will be provided, and beer will be served for those who are 21 years old and up.

Volunteers are encouraged to dress for a mess, as they will be working outside. Those in attendance should wear closed-toed shoes and bring a refillable water bottle. All necessary supplies will be provided by Keep Orlando Beautiful.
