Two suspects are wanted for opening a Kay Jeweler’s credit card with a victim’s personal information before making an $8,000 purchase at the store.
Sanford Police Department detectives are trying to identify the two men featured in this story in connection with the incident.
According to police, on April 19, 2023, a victim reported to SPD that an unknown suspect had opened a Kay Jeweler’s credit card using their personal information.
Detectives determined that the card was used to make a purchase of $7,951.96 at the Kay Jeweler’s located at 214 Towne Center Circle in Sanford on March 29, 2023. During their review of surveillance footage associated with the time of the transaction, detectives narrowed their search to the two suspects pictured above.
