Bank robbery suspect threatened teller with gun, bomb

Altamonte Springs police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify an individual who implied he had a gun and a bomb during a bank robbery this week.

Altamonte Springs Police Department officers were called to the scene of a bank robbery at Regions Bank at around 4 p.m. on Tuesday, June 13.

According to police, the man featured in this story was recorded entering the bank, which is located at 360 W State Road 436. During his visit, the man implied he had a gun and a bomb and presented a note demanding money.

The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money and fled the bank in a blue vehicle.

Witnesses described the suspect as a black male, wearing all black clothing, with a black mask and sunglasses.
