The Dream City Event Center will host a musical about a young woman chasing her dreams of becoming a singer.
Legends The Musical will be performed on Friday, June 23, from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at the Dream City Event Center, which is located at 6387 West Colonial Drive in Orlando. Tickets are $30 for the show and $65 for dinner and the show.
The musical follows a young woman who has recently discovered her passion for music and aspires to make a career in the industry. However, her mother, who is a critical part of her support system, does not approve of her dreams. She must navigate the dilemma of whether to follow her dreams, potentially risking her relationship with her mother, or abandon her aspirations altogether. The show explores themes of family, self-discovery, and the pursuit of one’s passion, all set to a musical full of pop, r&b, and soul music.
