An event to honor and celebrate the Central Florida immigrant community will take place this weekend.
Immigrant Appreciation Day will take place on Saturday, June 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Blue Jacket Park, 2501 General Rees Avenue in Orlando.
The free event, which is hosted by the Orlando Center for Justice, will feature a USCIS Naturalization ceremony, giveaways, music and dance performances, community organizations, vendors, and food trucks.
