The West Branch Library will host a free showing of Turning Red this week as part of its Bedtime Movie series.
The showing of the popular Disney movie will take place on Wednesday, June 28, starting at 5:30 p.m. at the West Branch Library, which is located at 311 E. Warren Avenue in Longwood.
The movie focuses on a thirteen-year-old girl who is torn between being her mother’s dutiful daughter and the changes of adolescence. Whenever the girl gets overly excited, she transforms into a giant red panda.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket and snacks to participate in this family-friendly event.
