Airline offering new, $39 one-way tickets from New Orleans to Orlando

An airline that serves various parts of the southeastern United States is now offering direct flights between Orlando and New Orleans for tickets as low as $39 each way.

Breeze Airways officially began offering nonstop service between the Orlando International Airport and Louis Armstrong International Airport in New Orleans this week.

Flights will depart from Orlando on Monday and Friday, and from New Orleans on Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday.

Founded in 2018 by David Neeleman, who cofounded Jetblue and several other airlines, Breeze Airways launched operations in May 2021. The company is currently headquartered in Cottonwood Heights, Utah.

Breeze Airways currently serves three dozen secondary airports, including the Charleston International Airport in South Carolina, and Bradley International Airport in Hartford, Connecticut, among many others.
