Free Family Studio event at Rollins Museum of Art

The Rollins Museum of Art will host a free day of exploration and activities for families this weekend.

Family Studio will be held on Saturday, July 8, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the museum, which is located at 1000 Holt Avenue in Winter Park.

Family Studio is designed to provide a fun and interactive experience for young children and adults to explore the world of art. Participants will start with a tour of the museum’s on-view collection, designed to be interactive and engaging, then move to story time where a museum educator will read a story related to the art on display.

The event will conclude with an art-making activity where children will have the opportunity to create their own works of art using a variety of materials and techniques inspired by RMA artists.

The program is open to children ages 5–10 and one accompanying adult.

Pre-registration is required to attend this event. For more information, or to register, visit the Rollins Museum of Art’s Family Studio webpage.
