A 64-year-old Orlando man with cognitive impairment has gone missing for the third time in the past several months.
Sylvio LeBlanc was reported missing by the Orlando Police Department on Saturday, July 15.
Leblanc previously was declared missing in separate incidents in April and May.
LeBlanc was last seen at the Catalina Isle Apartment complex in the area of 2700 LB McLeod Road. According to authorities, he suffers from cognitive impairment and is in need of medical attention.
LeBlanc, who only speaks creole, was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with blue stripes and dark pants. He stands 5’5″ tall and is bald.
