In the wake of immeasurable grief and an unimaginable loss, we come together to celebrate the life of Kaleb Angel Ramos, affectionately known as “Monster” by his family. With heavy hearts, we bid farewell to a cherished son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend who departed from this world peacefully in his sleep on July 12, 2023, in Winter Park, Florida. Kaleb, aged 21, leaves behind a void that can never be filled, but his radiant spirit will forever illuminate our memories. He will not be forgotten.
Born on April 9, 2002, in Orlando, Florida, Kaleb was the beloved son of Amanda and Miguel Ramos. He brought joy and laughter into the lives of those around him.
Kaleb’s journey through life led him to graduate from Lake Howell High School in 2020, where his bright spirit and infectious smile left a permanent mark on his peers and teachers. A lively spirit, he embraced the role of the class clown, bringing laughter and joy to his classmates. His friends held him dear to their hearts, cherishing the memories they shared together. After Lake Howell, he then went on to earn an associate degree and was working toward his Bachelor’s in Business.
Kaleb also possessed an unwavering commitment to his work, exemplified by his dedication to Blaze Pizza, where he worked tirelessly and rose through the ranks to earn the title of Assistant Manager. Kaleb’s unwavering work ethic and loyalty made him an indispensable member of the team, and his colleagues held him in the highest regard.
Kaleb was a beacon of light, adored by his family and treasured by his friends. His presence brought warmth and happiness to every gathering. His love for his family was unparalleled, and he shared countless adventures with them, spanning the globe from the mountains of North Carolina to the Mount Etna volcano on the picturesque island of Sicily, Italy. Together, they forged memories that will forever hold a place in their hearts.
Passionate about various pursuits, Kaleb found joy in the simple pleasures of life. With his friends, Kaleb found solace and exhilaration on the basketball courts of Red Bug. He loved bowling, delighting in the sound of crashing pins and company of friends. When not on the lanes, he showcased his strategic prowess in the world of poker. Kaleb’s nimble fingers also danced across game controllers, as he immersed himself in the realm of video games.
While the sorrow of Kaleb’s untimely departure weighs heavily upon us all, we find solace in the cherished memories he leaves behind. He brought happiness, laughter, and genuine friendship to those fortunate enough to have known him.
Kaleb Angel Ramos is survived by his mother, Amanda Ramos; his father, Miguel Ramos; his brothers, Logan and Mason; his little sister, Evie; his grandmother, Christy Seward; his grandfather, Lanny Bradshaw; his grandmother, Leslie Bradshaw; his great-grandfather, William Singleton; his aunt, Christina Ramos; his uncles, James (Heather) and Landon (Tiffany) Bradshaw, his platonic soulmate, Jaliya, best friends Max, Mitchell, Owen and countless others. He is now reunited with his beloved great grandmother, Mary Jo Singleton; grandmother, Patricia Ramos, his grandfather, Chico Ramos, and his loyal companion, Cruz, in the realm beyond.
A viewing to pay tribute and honor Kaleb’s remarkable life is scheduled between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m at DeGusipe Funeral Home, located at 9001 N. Orlando Ave, Maitland, Florida 32751.
Though we mourn the loss of an extraordinary soul whose light was extinguished far too soon, let us also celebrate the impact Kaleb had on our lives. May his spirit forever live on, inspiring us to cherish each moment and embrace the love and connection that he so effortlessly shared.
