Francis Joseph Carroll was born May 6, 1966 in Teaneck, New Jersey and left this world July 16, 2023 in Ocoee, FL. Frank was predeceased by his sister, Elizabeth Ann Carroll, his father Brian Francis Carroll, and his mother Mary (McGee) Carroll. Frank is survived by his brothers Brian Carroll and Sean (Kristy) Carroll, son Skylar Crews (AL), son Logan Carroll (FL), and daughter Alyssa Carroll (FL), as well as nieces Carley, Ella, and Jenna, and nephews Hunter and Graham.
Frank loved to be surrounded by his friends and enjoyed a good time. Frank loved the Florida Gators and would often call his brothers to talk about sports. Frank was in a tragic accident in 2018 rendering him paralyzed. Before this, he loved to fish and tried to do it as often as he could. Frank will be missed but we are grateful he is at peace from all this world held.
