William Lee Logan, Jr., affectionately known as “Skippy” (“Skip” for short), was born on May 20, 1950 in the Naval Hospital in Seattle, Washington to William Lee and Louise Ora Logan.
Skippy was a very happy child. He loved to read, play football, lacrosse and wrestle. His favorite food was apple pie. Skip played sports throughout junior and senior high school. When he found something funny he had the heartiest of laughs. Skip loved to help you if he could. He would give you his last dollar and go without in order to help someone. Most importantly, Skip loved his family very much.
