The Orlando Police Department has released surveillance video showing a man wanted for questioning in connection with the homicide of the individual with whom he was seen riding around downtown on July 8, 2023.
According to OPD, the man featured in the following video was seen with a homicide victim on July 8, between 7:15 a.m. and 7:25 a.m.
The individual in question was captured in video sitting in the passenger seat of the victim’s vehicle. Their identity is unknown at this time and police need help in identifying them.
On the day in question, OPD officers responded to the area of Summerlin Avenue and Palmer Street in reference to a vehicle crash. When officers arrived, they located a deceased man with injuries that were not consistent with the crash.
Police declared the incident a homicide and have been investigating the matter for over a month. They say they are certain that the victim traveled across the following route and streets that morning.
Police are looking to speak with the other man in the vehicle to question him in regards to the homicide.
No additional information was provided regarding the identity of the victim or details surrounding his death.
