“It’s never goodbye, it’s always see you later.” William Everett Vessier passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023.
He was a special gift to this world, had strong faith, and was Loved by his family and many friends, both in Louisiana and Florida. He was born in Baton Rouge on April 24, 1945.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and then moved to Orlando Florida. For 28 years He was a volunteer at Camp Boggy Creek. He was known as Mr. Spivey and the legend will forever live on.
He is survived by his brother, Donald Vessier, wife Jonell, sister, Catherine Soileau along with nieces, nephews and many friends in Florida. He is proceeded in death by his mother, Majorie ‘Lily’ Vessier, his father, Elmo ‘Bill’ Vessier, sister and brother in law, Bonnie and Arthur Pourciau, brother, Bruce Vessier, and nieces, Dionne Vessier and Rose Anzalone.
