Gracia Smith, 87, passed away Monday, August 21, 2023 at her Maitland, Florida home following a brief illness. Mrs. Smith was born November 2, 1935 in Orlando, Florida to the late Luther & Sarah (Ingham) Moore and was a lifelong resident of Orlando. Mrs. Smith was a retired Consultant in Psychology. She was a former member of Congregation Ohev Shalom, Sister Hood, Hadassah and Chevra Kadisha of Central Florida.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her devoted children; son, Greg (Jill) Smith of Oviedo, Florida, daughter, Brenda (Joe) Lancaster of Casselberry, Florida; sisters, Sarah Cole of Sarasota, Florida and Bonita Kelly of Andalusia, Alabama; beloved grandchildren; Paul Harrison, Elizabeth Smith, Gregory Smith II, Robert Smith, James Lancaster III, Alex Lancaster and her 9 great-grandchildren.
Graveside Services for Mrs. Smith will be held Friday, August 25, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Greenwood Cemetery, Orlando (1603 Greenwood Street, Orlando) with Rabbi Yanky Majesky officiating.
