Stephen Warren

Stephen J. Warren, 85, of Kissimmee, FL, passed away on August 29th and is now with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Steve was born on May 11, 1938 to Stephen and Anna Wawrzniak (Galaza). Steve was a graduate of McKeesport High School Class of 1956. He was very proud of his service to his country by serving in the Army as a tanker while stationed in Germany. Steve loved anything German, especially the food. He worked as a machinist during his career, the last 22 years with Westinghouse in Cheswick, Pa. Steve was a loving father and very involved with his children’s activities. He coached baseball for many years, was an avid bass fisherman and picked up golf as a hobby later in life. He and Carol, his wife of 36 years enjoyed a life of travel and fishing especially in their retirement years. Steve loved to make new friends no matter where he was. He had the gift of gab and telling corny jokes.

Steve is survived by his loving wife Carol Warren (Gildernew), son Jeff (Karen) Warren, daughter Sandy (Norm) Peer, son Stephen Warren, stepson P.J. (Mia-Miralu) Gildernew, stepson John Gildernew and 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held in a private ceremony at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery in Mims, Fl.
