Central Florida Community Arts will perform Disney’s Beauty and the Beast at a local church later this week.
The shows will take place at the Northland Church (520 Dog Track Road, Longwood) on Thursday, September 7, and Friday, September 8, at 7:30 p.m.
The live performance will follow the story of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is a young prince trapped under the spell of an enchantress. If the beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end, and he will be transformed into his former self. If the beast does not learn his lesson, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity.
Tickets are between $10 and $30; groups of 8 or more receive a 20% discount; and children 3 and under are free.
