James Murray
James Murray

Jim passed away into the loving arms of our Father on September 1st, 2023. While his battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis was debilitating, he’s now freely breathing celestial air with his beloved daughter, Jane, and all of those family members and dear friends that were there to greet him!

Among the things he loved were golf, the Miami Dolphins, boating, travelling, and a gathering where great stories could be told and laughter shared. It was said that he never met a stranger and relished the opportunity to meet new friends.

In his law enforcement career, he touched many lives both professionally and personally.

Left to cherish their memories of him are his wife Candy, his grandchildren Kyle, Samantha, Travis and Trenton and countless other relatives and friends.

“May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, the rains fall soft upon your fields, and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.”

A Memorial Mass will be held at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church on Friday, September 29, at 12:30 p.m. (113 Lockwood Blvd, Orlando, FL 32765) with Reception immediately following at the Avalon Park Pavilion (13401 Tanja King Blvd, Orlando, FL 32828).
