Comedian Alex Ortiz performing at Orlando Improv

A comedian who started his career in Chicago at the legendary All Jokes Aside Comedy Club will take the stage at the Orlando Improv this Sunday.

Alex Ortiz will perform at the Orlando Improv (9101 International Drive) on Sunday, September 17, at 7 p.m.

Ortiz is a former Army nurse and firefighter. Since Ortiz took on comedy, he has been featured across multiple television projects, including HBO’s Bad Boyz of Comedy, Comedy Central’s Premium Blend, Who’s Got Jokes, BET’s Comic View, Que Locos, Loco Comedy Jam, and Winning Showtime at the Apollos TKO Comedy Championship.

Ortiz is also featured in the movie I Am Gangster, which is available on Amazon and iTunes.

With a combination of life stories and voice impressions that are uncanny, Ortiz’s high energy and laugh-a-minute style keep audiences engaged from start to finish.
