James Norman Linebarier II

James Norman Linebarier II, known to family and friends as Jim, passed away on September 11, 2023, after his battle with cancer. He was 65 years old.

Jim is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Karen Linebarier. Jim also leaves behind a legacy through his stepchildren, Joe Sheridan of New Smyrna Beach, Eric Sheridan of Port Orange, and Allison Sheridan of Edgewater. Jim’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of his seven beloved grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, stepchildren, and grandchildren, Jim is fondly remembered by his brothers, Jeff Linebarier and John Linebarier, and his sister, Brenda Bowman, all of Holly Hill, Florida.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Betty, and James Linebarier I, but his spirit continues to live on in the lives of those who knew and loved him.

Throughout his life, Jim served with honor in the Army, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to his country. After his military service, he pursued a career in maintenance, where his strong work ethic and reliability were highly respected by his colleagues.

Jim had a passion for sports, and he particularly enjoyed watching NASCAR races, fishing with family and friends, and cheering passionately for the Florida Gators football team.
