Postal worker allegedly used stolen credit card to purchase home theater equipment

Sanford police are asking the public to help identify a United States Post Office employee who allegedly stole a credit card and used it to purchase a piece of home theater equipment.

According to the Sanford Police Department, the man featured in this story was seen on August 17 entering the Best Buy located at 1501 Rinehart Road in Sanford.

During the man’s visit, he used a credit card stolen from a victim to purchase an Epson Home Theater projector, valued at $1,699.

In photos, the man is seen wearing the uniform of a postal worker at USPS.
