It is with great sadness that the family of Elizabeth Barreto announce her passing on September 18th, 2023. She was born on March 3, 1936, in Caguas, Puerto Rico. Elizabeth is now with her husband, Eli, youngest son, Eli Jr., and other family members enjoying the Happiness and Blessings of the Almighty.
Elizabeth is survived by her sons, Samuel and William, her daughter-in-law, Cynthia, her grandchildren, William Jr., Steven and Carrie Sedlack, Stacy and Ralph Wynn, her great-grandchildren, Ava, Hailey, Michael, Ryan, Rylee, Trajan, Tia, and Ty as well as her brother and sister-in-law, Francisco (Paco) and Lucy Alicea.
Elizabeth was a woman of strong faith and among her last wishes, she hoped that all her loved ones would continue to care for each other and love each other as a way of honoring her.
Elizabeth did not want a service and her remains will be placed with her husband, Eli Moises Barreto, at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery in Mims, Florida.
My mother taught me everything except, how to live without her.
