Kenneth John McCommon

Kenneth John McCommon, 91 of Saint Cloud, Florida passed away peacefully on Monday, September 18, 2023. Kenneth was born in Monaca, Pennsylvania the son of Kenneth L. and Eliza McCommon.

He moved to Saint Cloud in 1982 from Rochester, Pennsylvania Kenneth was a retired foreman for a Zinc smelting plant. Kenneth was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Saint Cloud, a member of the Knights of Columbus, He was A Veteran of the United States Air Force serving his country with Honor and Distinction, He was also a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (V.F.W.), the American Legion and AMVETS of Saint Cloud, Florida.

Kenneth is survived by his sons Mark McCommon and his wife Lisa Block of Daytona Beach, Florida, Mitchell McCommon and his wife Holly of Saint Cloud, Florida; his daughters Lorie Stewart and her husband Edward of Saint Cloud, Florida, Lynn Hogue and her husband Ronald of Saint Cloud, Florida;
his 11 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his loving wife, Beverly of 61 years.

The McCommon family will receive friends on Sunday, October 1, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home. A Prayer service will be celebrated during the visitation at 6:30 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, October 2, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 700 Brown Chapel Road, Saint Cloud, Florida 34769 with Father Fidel Rodriguez
as Celebrant.

Kenneth will be laid to rest in Mount Peace Cemetery in Saint Cloud following the Mass where he will be accorded Military Honors be the Osceola County Veterans Council Honor Guard.
