The Sanford Police Department is asking the public for help to identify a woman wanted in connection with the theft of nearly $4,000 worth of merchandise from a local beauty supply store.
According to SPD, the woman featured in this story was seen entering the Ulta Beauty located at 1751 WP Ball Boulevard in Sanford on September 18.
During her visit, the woman walked to the fragrance area, filled a large shoulder bag with approximately $3,710 in merchandise, and left the store without paying.
According to police, the woman was wearing a white shirt with the words “Hot ‘n Fresh Pizza'” on the front, as well as dark plaid pants.
