The Sanford Fire Department is celebrating its 150th anniversary with a mural ribbon-cutting ceremony this week.
The ceremony will be held on Thursday, October 12, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Paulucci Park (E. 1st Street and Sanford Avenue).
All members of the public are invited to join the Sanford Fire Department to take part in a ribbon cutting that will unveil a new mural dedicated to the bravery and dedication of the city’s firefighters.
