Roger Irvin Capps, 81, of Los Angeles, California passed away in Ocoee, Florida on October 7, 2023.
He is survived by his son Casey Clinton Capps and wife Daisy Capps, as well as extended family and friends. Private cremation services.
Roger will forever be remembered and loved by all those who knew him. May he rest in peace.
