Osceola law enforcement authorities are asking the public for help to locate a missing teenager.
On Friday, Osceola County Sheriff’s Office reported that Isabelle Cheyanne Finger, 17, was declared missing.
Finger is described as standing 5’6″ tall, weighing 120 pounds, with blonde hair, brown eyes, and a collection of distinct tattoos: On her upper right arm, she has a feather and a bow, on her upper left arm, she has the word “Love,” on her left face/cheek, she has a small heart, on her right neck, “Stranger,” and on her upper, right chest, she has the word “Strength.”
