Sexual assault suspect wanted by law enforcement

A man who allegedly followed a woman home, forced his way into her apartment, and attempted to sexually assault her is wanted by law enforcement authorities.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office says the incident took place at an apartment near Lokanotosa Trail and Alafaya Club Drive on Sunday, November 26.

Authorities says the man followed a victim to her apartment before he pushed his way into the unit. Video provided by police shows the man running up to the apartment unit.

The man is then seen moments later running away from the unit.

According to police, the woman was able to fight the man off with the aid of a roommate.
