Mr. Charles L. Blake, Jr. born in Newark, New Jersey, passed away peacefully in his home in Lake Mary, Florida on November 24, 2023 at the age of 66.
All that knew Charlie loved Charlie. He was known as a kind, gentle, man who would give the shirt off his back to anyone. He had a deep passion for loving and taking care of his family.

Charlie is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Carolyn (Janos) Blake, whom together they have a legacy of five beautiful children, Charles L. Blake, III “Chaz” Brandon Edward Blake, Dylan Joseph Blake, (wife Alexandria Valentina Blake) Christopher Michael Blake and Brianna Marie Blake, his grandchildren, Christine, Emma, Michael, Kai and Ethan, Mother, Lois (Lorenzo) Blake, sister, Terry (Blake) Nielson, (husband, Jim Nielson,) brother, Darren Blake, nephew, Erik Aalberg, dear Aunt Florence (Aunt Sis) Lorenzo and is preceded in death by his Father, Charles L Blake, Sr. and grandmother, Theresa Lorenzo. Father in law, Edward Joseph Janos, Mother in law, Marie Jeanette Janos, sister in law, Cynthia Ann (Janos) Hudgens.

Charlie made his living and passion in the automobile industry, starting at a young age working in sales and eventually working up into executive automotive management for various dealerships in the central Florida area. Charlie absolutely loved anything to do with cars, trucks or Harley Davidson motorcycles. Charlie was also awarded many distinguished sales awards throughout his many years for being in top sales throughout his career. Charlie took pride in owning some classic and pristine cars as well as many motorcycles.

Charlie was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease at the young age of 47. He was managing fine until he was diagnosed years later with Lewy Body Dementia. He began declining with these progressive, degenerative, neurological disease’s for many years, but overcame many obstacles during the course of progression. His family kept him at home and personally gave him the best care possible to ensure that he lived an outstanding quality of life. His biggest decline began in 2022, and progressively got worse until the date of his death.
