A new Orlando resort that will feature an 8-acre lagoon, 20-acre beach, a 36-hole golf resort, and a luxury hotel will open its doors for business in a matter of weeks.
Evermore Orlando Resort will officially open Evermore Bay at its 1,100-acre complex on January 1, 2024. The new bay is located at 1 North Jacaranda, which is in close proximity to Walt Disney World.
Construction of the new bay was completed earlier this year. The new resort replaces the former Villas of Grand Cypress Golf Resort and offers a variety of one-of-a-kind amenities, including the first manmade beach in Orlando.
Evermore Bay encompasses 20 acres of beach line and 8 acres of crystalline water created by Crystal Lagoons, a Miami-based company. The beach area features zero entry swim areas, bars, cabanas, private fire-pits, as well as an aquatic adventure area equipped with a waterslide, rope swing, and watersport activities.
The entire resort complex will feature nearly 1,500 bedrooms focused around the Conrad Orlando, which is a 433-room luxury facility.
Rooms will be available for rent in a variety of arrangements, including 69 houses ranging in size from five to eleven bedrooms, 206 four-bedroom flats, and 41 two and four-bedroom villas.
The resort also includes access to the Grand Cypress Golf Course, which features 36 holes of championship golf.
