Fire destroys storage units at Orlando facility

Multiple units were destroyed after a fire tore through an Orlando storage facility on Tuesday.

Orange County Fire Rescue crews were called to the Public Storage located at 8149 Aircenter Court on Tuesday after reports of a fire.

Upon arrival, crews encountered heavy smoke billowing from the units. During their takedown, firefighters determined that at least seven units were destroyed by the fire.

According to authorities, several other units also experienced smoke damage as a result of the fire.

No injuries were reported as a result of the incident and the fire was taken under control in minutes.
