Nicki Minaj announces Orlando show as part of next tour

Nicki Minaj will make a stop in Orlando as part of her upcoming stadium tour.

Minaj will bring her Pink Friday 2 World Tour to the Amway Center (400 W Church Street) on Friday, March 22, 2024.

A rapper and singer, Minaj is often referred to as the “Queen of Rap” and is known for her musical versatility, animated rap flow, alter egos, and influence in pop music. The singer has released five albums, including Pink Friday, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, The Pinkprint, Queen, and Pink Friday 2.

Minaj has topped charts with several hit singles, includijng “Super Bass,” “Starships,” “Anaconda,” and “Chun-Li” and “Super Freaky Girl,” among others.

The music video for “Anaconda” was the first for any solo female rapper to reach one billion views on YouTube. Minaj boasts twenty-three top-10 singles in the US, which is the most for any female rapper.

She has won eight American Music Awards, five MTV Video Music Awards, including the 2022 Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, twelve BET Awards, four Billboard Music Awards, a Brit Award, three Guinness World Records, and has been nominated for twelve Grammy Awards.
