Cranes Roost Park will play host to a screening of a popular holiday film later this week.
Fred Claus will be aired on Thursday, December 21, at 7 p.m. at the park, which is located at 274 Cranes Roost Boulevard in Altamonte Springs.
The film follows the lives of the Claus brothers, Fred, the troublemaker, and Nicholas. When Fred’s criminal ways finally land him in big trouble, Nicholas bails him out and brings him to the North Pole to work off the debt by making toys. The headaches mount for St. Nick, who not only must deal with his troublemaking brother, but also an efficiency expert who has come to evaluate Santa’s operation.
Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs the park for the screening, which is free and open to the public. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
